Tummy Tuck
While many body contouring procedures focus on getting rid of fat cells, tummy tuck, aka abdominoplasty, has the added benefit of simultaneously targeting the excess skin around the stomach region. That is why Dr. Ereso recommends it to patients who have either been pregnant or undergone a weight-loss journey which has resulted in sagging skin. To tighten up abdominal skin, Dr. Ereso makes an incision low enough that it can be hidden with underwear and then removes the unwanted parts that stand in the way of having nicer contours.
BOTOX®
Easily the most famous name in injectable treatments, BOTOX uses botulinum toxin to temporarily freeze targeted facial muscles. Many of the wrinkles that form on your face are the result of your muscles contracting when you make certain expressions, so preventing these muscles from moving softens the lines, particularly those that form between the eyes and on the forehead. Over the course of his career, Dr. Ereso has developed a deep understanding of the precise points to target in order to eliminate lines. BOTOX results typically last for a few months before further injections are necessary.
Brazilian Butt Lift
Although there is more than one approach for achieving a larger buttocks, the most popular and effective procedure is Brazilian butt lift. This surgery relies on fat grafting, which is a technique that involves harvesting fat cells from one area of the body and transferring it to another. Patients are usually excited about the combined benefit of downsizing their hips or love handles while adding volume to their butts. Dr. Ereso will carefully position most of the fat into the upper and lateral areas of the buttocks so that it looks not only larger, but also younger.
Eyelid Surgery
Eyelid surgery, aka blepharoplasty, is divided into two separate procedures: upper and lower blepharoplasty. Upper blepharoplasty is appropriate for patients with drooping upper eyelids that cause them to look older. Dr. Ereso can correct the eyelid by surgically removing some of the excess skin and fat that has accumulated just above the eye so that the eyelid is no longer being weighed down.
Lower eyelid surgery focuses on the “bags,” or hollow areas that form beneath the eye, leaving patients looking older and tired. After making a slight incision along the eye’s natural crease, Dr. Ereso can reposition fat and remove excess skin in this region for a smoother texture and more refreshed appearance.
Breast Reduction
When women have breasts that are disproportionate to the rest of their body or so heavy that they cause pain, downsizing the breasts via breast reduction may help. DDuring the consultation phase, Dr. Ereso will learn the precise wishes the patient has for her breasts, then map out a surgical plan to best achieve that. Though each procedure is customized, a breast reduction typically involves removing excess tissue and then shifting the nipple/areola upward to look more natural — and younger — on your smaller breasts. Months after breast reduction, women report having less discomfort, an increased ability to engage in physical activity and the ability to wear clothes they formerly considered off-limits.
RADIESSE®
Radiesse is one of the latest advancements in injectable fillers. Thicker than comparable products like Restylane and Juvederm, it is generally able to reach deeper below your skin’s surface to eliminate deep-set lines, particularly those that form around the mouth. Dr. Ereso has also found it successful at adding volume to the cheeks for a younger-looking, more defined face. Patients who want to maintain the results from Radiesse will need to come in for subsequent injections every three to six months.
Otoplasty
When your ears protrude rather than resting close to your face, they can become a more prominent feature than you would wish. In these cases, Dr. Ereso can perform a procedure known as ear pinning to remove cartilage and reposition the ears so that they are no longer jutting outward. For patients who have sustained injuries to the ear like cauliflower ear, Dr. Ereso can perform a different type of otoplasty to correct the deformities through surgery.
